By clicking on the link below, you can book your ticket in advance, online, which makes it more convenient and faster to enter our Institution.
Entrance tickets
Entrance tickets can be purchased at the ticket office next to the main entrance no later than half an hour before closing. Please note that we cannot refund the price of the already purchased ticket or the fee of group guiding (e.g., in the case of bad weather). Please prepare the documents proving eligibility for the discount and present them to the cashier for ticket purchase.

Payment methods
At the cash-desk by the main entrance you can shop with the following payment methods:
- Cash: You can pay in cash for entrance tickets to the garden, guided walks, publications and souvenirs;
- Credit card: Entrance tickets to the garden, guided tours, publications and souvenirs can be paid for with credit card;
- With SZÉP card issued by OTP, MKB or K&H banks, you can pay for the ticket to the botanical garden and the guided tour from any pocket of the respective card. (This currency does not apply to publications and souvenirs.)
Parking
In the vicinity of the National Botanical Garden, from 29/05/2021, the Municipality of Vácrátót has introduced toll parking. Parking fees are payable on weekends and public holidays between 8am and 5pm. You can read more information about parking at the website of Vácrátót.
